Recipe:
½ cup sliced banana
½ cup frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, partially thawed
½ cup drained soft silken tofu (about 3 ounces)
½ cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
Sliced fresh strawberries (optional)
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Garnish with sliced strawberries, if desired. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings (serving size: ¾ cup)
